How to Apply:

Sessions will take place on limited dates between June 2023 and March 2024.

The Exhibition will run from 29th May - 23rd June 2024 at the Lagoon Cafe in the Mackay Regional Botanic Gardens..

If your pup is in the exhibition you will be a VIP at the Launch party!



Step 1:

Complete the application form opposite. There are only 20 places available, so be quick! Due to the amount of time and effort involved in creating the artworks, preference will be given to those who are interested in purchasing artwork from their session.

Step 2:

If selected you will be contacted by Tropical Petography to discuss your application, answer any questions you may have and work out dates.

Step 3:

Successful applicants will pay the $250 registration fee to lock in their session date and time and guarantee their pets place in the exhibition. Clients will be given a $200 wall art credit at their Photo session.

Step 4:

The photo session will take place at the Mackay Regional Botanical Gardens. Your pup will remain on leash for the full session and where necessary the leash will be removed during the editing process.

Step 5:

At your image consultation you will have the opportunity to choose your favourite 2 images for inclusion in the Exhibition booklet. You will also have the opportunity to purchase wall art - including the option to purchase the artwork used in the exhibition at half price. *note: If you take this option the Exhibition artwork would be delivered to you after the exhibition has closed.
