3 Ingredient Dog Treat Recipe


One of the best ways to catch your Dog's attention for a photo is with treats. This simple dog biscuit recipe is perfect for creating Easter themed treats that will give your Easter pet portraits that extra sparkle of magic!!

📌 Important Note:

When baking for your dog, always double-check your ingredients—especially peanut butter.

Make sure it does NOT contain xylitol, a sweetener that’s toxic to dogs even in small amounts. Safety first, always! 🐾❌

Step by Step

Ingredients

Oats, Banana's and Peanut Butter

1.5 cups Rolled oats
0.5 cup natural peanut butter
(Check ingredients for nasties!!)
1 large ripe banana (or 2 Small bananas), smashed

Blitz the

Oats

Blitz the oats in a blender until you have a fine flour, (alternatively, use oat flour instead).
Set aside.

Mix all the

Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, smash the peanut butter, ripe banana & the oat flour with a fork until the dough is thick and well combined. If it’s crumbly, add 2-4 Tablespoons more peanut butter and recombine. You want the dough to be firm, sticky, and pliable

Roll out the dough

and cut into shapes

Roll dough into a thin slab, about ~1/4 inch thick, and cut into easter themed shapes with a cookie cutter. Alternatively, you can roll them into ~1 Tablespoon balls and flatten with your hands for a simple circular cookie. Place onto a lined baking tray.

Bake at 180ºc

for 15 minutes

Bake for 15 minutes until lightly brown underneath. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before sampling or sharing with your pup!

Store

in an airtight container

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the Freezer for up to 3 months!
